The certification audit of the quality management system was conducted at the management apparatus and branches of Transneftstroy, LLC, in Briansk, Omsk, and Tyumen on February 18-28, 2013. The committee of the DQS-UL certification body analyzed the Company’s QMS documents and, according to the evaluation results, issued a positive report. The committee concluded: the Company has developed, implemented, and maintained the system in working condition.
Transneftstroy, LLC obtained DQS and IQNet certificates proving the quality management system compliance with the requirements of international standard ISO 9001:2008 and a certificate of conformity to the national standard GOST ISO 9001-2011. The certified lines of business: «construction, reconstruction, technical re-equipment, overhaul of trunk pipelines, line and site facilities, industrial, civil, and energy facilities, manufacture of materials».
A decision on the need to develop and implement the quality management system was made by the Company’s senior management. Under an order of Director Vladimir Vasilievich Stasev, a coordination council was created to control the quality management system development, implementation, and maintenance in working condition, officers responsible for the face system at the management apparatus and branches were appointed. Of course, the Company’s personnel training under the program of training of internal auditors became an integral part of a meticulous work. The quality policy setting the Company’s obligations and principles of work has been adopted, documented, and put into effect.
Strong sides identified by auditors in the Company’s operations include regulation of operations, determination of responsibility of each subdivision and personal responsibility of employees, special attention to personnel’s competence and improvement of the production process as a result of new technologies.
